Outreach Ministry

And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” — Matthew 28:18-20

Our Lord Jesus was clear in His intention that, although the Father sovereignly elects those He desires to save, we are to serve as His instruments in sharing the Good News with those who do not know Him. At Hope, we are growing day-by-day in our discovery and understanding of the implications of this calling we have to be evangelists for Jesus Christ. The call to evangelism is for all of our church family, not only the pastors and the ruling elders. In order help all of us be more faithful as Gospel-sharers, Hope Presbyterian Church has established an active Missions Team, is striving to develop more closely personal ties with its missionaries, and is pleased to be involved in two fresh outreach opportunities – one in our local area and the other in the Caribbean.
